Genießen Sie Ihre Tage in Garmisch Partenkirchen auf 95m2 Gemütlichkeit.
Unsere Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, Schlafcouch und Gästebett. 2 Bäder mit Fenster, Dusche , Wanne, WC plus ein Gäste WC. Ein großzügiges Wohne / Esszimmer mit viel Platz für Familie und Freunde.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Auch eine Spülmaschine steht zur Verfügung.

Ein schöner „rundum“ Balkon mit Süd/ Westlage, der von Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche begehbar ist, lädt zum  gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Dort können Sie die Sonne von Vormittag bis in die Abendstunden genießen.

Ein eigener Hauseingang gibt Ihnen das Gefühl, ein „ Haus im Haus“ zu bewohnen.

A lovely comfortable and spacious apartment with room for adults and teens to spread out. Shops not too far away and rail station within 15 minute walk so fine without a car. The balcony, which went right around the outside of the property, was a nice feature where we enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine. Gabriele was very helpful and responsive to any queries. Gabriele was very helpful and responsive. She sent clear instructions including photos of how to get into the unit. The apartment was well appointed with comfortable furnishings. The listing says that the washer is in the unit when it is actually in a laundry room in the basement of the building. This was a slight inconvenience as we were unable to access it the night of our arrival due to the quiet hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Gabriele was a wonderful host.

We are a family of four adults so we booked Gabriele’s as a spacious and functional base to explore Garmisch and surrounding area. Gabriele’s place definitely delivered and we had everything we needed, plenty of space, comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for a holiday. We had a minor issue on arrival as we intended to use all 3 bedrooms as described but the third room was not made up. Gabriele was easy to contact and between us we sorted this quickly. Lovely place, great location to the mountains and lakes etc Good space and amenities Only slight negative was some neighbours were nosey and we was chatting normally on the balcony at 6/7pm before dinner and someone told us to be quiet which was very rude of them we thought as we wasn’t being overly loud
